As Account Manager, you will be working with our global customers ensuring we deliver a service tailored to their short- and long-term needs. You’ll be working closely with our Sales, Operation, and bid management teams to maximise our offerings and ultimately ensuring an industry-leading service is received.

Perimeter Security

You’ll do this by:

  • Manage the creation of compelling customer-focused proposals and technical responses
  • Production and management of quote and purchase order documentation to ensure on-time delivery
  • Write compelling, competitive customer-focused responses
  • Organising Team Reviews for designated key accounts, Gate Reviews and Bid Submission Reviews ensuring all stakeholders up to date
  • Maintain status of generic proposals and work with Sales managers to ensure they are reviewed, revised and reapproved as necessary
  • Liaising with our Commercial team to ensure the safekeeping of classified documents, adhering to company procedures and regulations
  • Prepare content and answers for pre-qualifications and bids, ensuring timely responses to client delivery
  • Monitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing regular status/exception reports as required

We want you to bring:

  • Experience of internal sales/account management (ideally within an EPC environment)
  • An eye for detail, with a clear and organised approach to account management and customer delivery
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling and customer-focused responses
  • A team-orientated approach, acting as a coordinator between the Sales, Commercial, Operations and Engineering teams
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS software, in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • A strategic mindset and a can-do attitude to enable long term account success/growth
  • Excellent Project Management skills
